Alice M. Stanback

Holds a Ph.D. in Philosophy Intercultural Education, M.A. in Christian Education, B.A. in Christian Education, and B.A. in Communications.  She holds educational licenses in Education Administration and Supervision, Elementary Education, Bible, and Sociology.  She is an author and has served as a Public School Teacher; an Associate Professor; a Foreign Expert, Beijing, China, Beijing Second Foreign Language College; an Instructor, United Nations Special Project, Beijing, China, Beijing Second Language College; a Training Specialist; a Student Advisor; an Assistant Manager; a Christian Jail Worker; and a volunteer, Lions-Quest International, various public education projects. 







 

Sylvain Boko
Board Vice President

Holds a Ph.D. in Economics, B.A. in Economics, and a Baccalauréat, CEG/Pobé, under auspices of Université Nationale du Bénin, Benin, West Africa in Literary Studies.  He is an Author, a tenured College Professor, and a Senior Economist with over 13 years of experience in economic development and socioeconomic impact assessment of international governments and private and social groups.  His honors include the Kulynych Family Omicron Delta Kappa Award, the Presidential Medal of Honor, Government of Benin, Title: Knight of the National Order of Benin; the Teaching Excellence Award, and the

Earl O. Heady Fellowship Award for Superior Scholastic Performance in Agricultural Economics.  He has served as the Senior Fiscal Decentralization Specialist, USAID/Twubakane Project/RTI International; an Advisor (unpaid) to the Mayor of Porto-Novo, Benin Capital City; a Subcontractor, ICF Consulting; a Senior Decentralization and Local Development Specialist, USAID/RTI International; a Summer Intern at the World Bank; a Research Assistant, Center for Agricultural and Rural Development (CARD); a Project Relief Manager, Catholic Relief Services; and a Public Speaker. 


Gwendolyn Shields
Board Treasurer

Holds a MBA in Business Administration, a Technical Certificate in Accounting, B.S. in Business Administration, and an A.A. in Applied Science.  She has extensive experience in Operations Management, Marketing, Customer Service, and Finance. 


Lil O. Burroughs
Board Secretary

Holds a B.A. in Political Science and a MA Early Childhood Education, in progress.  She has extensive experience in Child Care Services and Child Transportation Services.  She also has experience in management, sales, and leadership.

Holds a D.D. from Biola University and a B.S. degree from Pepperdine University.  He has served as the President of Los Angeles Bible Training School; an Expository Preacher and Teacher; a Minister, Public School Teacher; and a Missionary who specializes in Bible Teaching, Missions, Youth, and Family Conferences.
